Here at ToyBrickLighting.com we want to get your package to you as safely, efficiently and quickly - read on for more information about how we will do this and our full Shipping Policy.

Currently and as part of our Opening Sale Deals, the first 500 orders placed on TBL with a cart total of over $25 will receive Free Shipping, direct to your Door, no matter where you are in the world. All shipping fees will be removed at checkout, once your cart has exceeded $25.

Shipping Policy

TBL Ships Worldwide, including across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore and more.

We have partnered with various companies to allow us to store and ship certain products from three main hubs around the world (our European Warehouse, North American Warehouse, Singaporean Warehouse) to increase the speediness of our delivery. You can relax once you have placed your order; we will handle the selection of an appropriate warehouse.

We aim to keep our Handling Time (packing and preparing for shipping) to under 48 hours, but depending on our volume of orders this can be blown out slightly. After paying, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notifying you once your Tracking Number is ready. We can also subscribe you to tracking update notifications - just ask!

We offer two types of shipping on most products - Standard and Express.

Standard Shipping always costs a flat rate of $9.95, wherever you are in the world (unless you snag one of our Free Shipping Deals).

Standard shipping usually takes between 6 to 13 business days to most Countries and their Urban regions, however this time frame can be extended due to your specific address/country and by factors that are out of our control (such as the recent Covid-19 issues or extended Customs Processing). 

Please rest assured that if there is a delay to your package reaching you, we will be here to help and track it down to ensure that you get it (have you read our 100% Happiness and Satisfaction Guarantee?).

This delivery service will typically be completed in your Country by your Governmental/Local Post Office (e.g. USPS in the United States or Australia Post, in Australia).

Express Shipping is available for most of our items, but the price is quite variable and depends on your location, where we are sending from and the contents of your order.

We offer DHL and most other Major Express, Door-to-Door options, and we will quote these prices directly on the specific Products Description of our most popular shipping destinations where possible, but please contact us if you cannot see an Express price option and you would like this service.

For a rough estimate, typically Express Shipping options costs between $60 and $120 for a 1-3 kilogram package, and takes from 2 to 7 days for delivery.

Important Things To Note 

Unfortunately we have to put this here (but fortunately we will make this situation as simple for you as possible).

Because we are not the actual company delivering your package (i.e. we are not a postal service, just a toy Brick Lighting store), once we hand over your Parcel to our delivery partner, we are no longer in "direct" control of the package. In some situations, your package may incur a delay, or become "lost" in the large flow of packages being sent around the world every day. 

In these situations, deliveries may take between 15 - 45 days (or longer). Should a delay like this occur, we will begin an investigation with our Delivery Partner to fully understand the reason for the delay and to get you an estimated delivery date. We appreciate your understanding during these times and promise to try and make it up to you as best we can.

In the unlikely situation that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, then we we will send you a replacement, free of charge (remember the 100% Happiness Guarantee?) 

If a parcel arrives with a damaged exterior, do not sign or accept the package, just take a photo of the damage and tell them to return it to sender. You can then send the picture to us via email, and we will get to resending a replacement, free of charge.

We may ship some items without a retail box - this will be noted on the product page and is done to reduce shipping costs. Contact us if this is an issue.

If you order multiple items, we may also consolidate and ship your entire order in separate, smaller shipments if it is easier to do so. Rest assured that all your items will still reach you, but potentially on different days.

Please also note that the Recipient is responsible for all applicable Import Taxes, Customs and Duties on deliveries from our store.

These fees are levied once a package reaches your destination country, and varies from country to country as to whether there is a charge present and if so, what it is.

As the information and taxes varies from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office/website for more information, however if you are still confused you can always reach out to our friendly Support team for more help.
